Linking Caregivers to Real Support & Resources

The Outagamie Caregiver Coalition was created to empower caregivers, families and communities with tools that they never knew they needed. These gifts provide an effective balance in life. Often individuals are unaware of community resources that are available and the magnitude of a difference that they can make.

The Coalition is about advocating and assisting even when individuals are uncertain about what their needs are. If we don’t know what resources are available, we can’t just google it, but rather through education and support we are able to help provide the necessary link to provide support and comfort. There is a special peace of mind in knowing that at the end of the day, we did our very best for someone that we love.
